Nothing to hide.
Nothing to prove.
Nothing to lose.
You are meant to experience a life of true freedom. If you feel like you are meant for more than what you’re currently experiencing, you’re absolutely right.
Allow me to introduce myself
With over 17 years as a business professional, my journey has built a foundation of expertise that I bring to each of my clients. Business was my first passion—I earned my degree from the Leeds School of Business in 2006 and became a CPA in Colorado. My early career took me through accounting and finance roles in one of the Big Four accounting firms, national warehouses, and a handful of smaller organizations, giving me firsthand experience in the complex dynamics of corporate life.
In 2019, I purchased a fledgling childcare center in the Arvada/Westminster area. Over my six years of ownership, we more than tripled enrollments and revenue while navigating the COVID pandemic and completing a massive building renovation. Serving a wonderful community of clients and leading a team of teachers through innumerable challenges remains one of the greatest professional honors of my life.
After earning my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary in 2018, I established my own private practice to help executives and professionals like you achieve personal and professional breakthroughs.
I live in Westminster with my wife and two kids. My first book will be coming out in 2026.
Specialized experience at Denver Executive Counseling
I specialize in narrative therapy, where I help clients understand their story and then remove obstacles so they can heal in a deep and lasting way. I have helped hundreds of men break free from the bondage of sexual addiction. I also assist with many other addictions that keep us from living free and whole lives, such as work, exercise, gambling, video games, alcohol, and marijuana.
I have also found that I do my best work with clients who are burnt out on life, angry at God, or can’t seem to find their purpose.
I’m certified in EMDR therapy, which is just one of the tools I use to help clients heal from trauma. I also bring the discipline and resilience honed through my service in the United States Marine Corps, where I completed two deployments, including one in Iraq, before being honorably discharged as a Sergeant.
Why I created Denver Executive Counseling
I work best with clients I can relate to – people with whom I share a common bond. I do the work of counseling because I believe that hope can be restored even in the darkest of hearts.
What’s missing from the bio above is a huge pile of shit that occurred in the two decades leading up to my decision to change my life and become a therapist. My own story is actually my greatest credential as a therapist. The wounds, brokenness, and stupidity of my youth made me desperate enough to finally seek help. I underwent a process of healing that completely changed the person I was.
I’m here to help you harness your strengths and overcome obstacles with a blend of real-world business acumen and mental health expertise that’s uniquely tailored to support your success.

Investing in yourself is the best thing you can do for your business and your employees.
I’ve been to hell
And that’s how I can tell with authority
That it’s not too late to change your mind
It’s not too late for the truth this time
It’s not too late to fall on your knees
It’s not too late for apologies
It’s not too late to come clean and face all the fallout that there’s gunna be
